U.S. Crime App Citizen Rolls Out First Paid Tool, Connecting Users To Safety Agents

U.S. crime alert Citizen App has rolled out its first paid safety product, a new service that connects users with local law enforcement. The company said it is the first ever to offer such a tool, which is also the first to be made available in the U.S. and Canada. Citizen launched the service in June, but the company said it has been in use since December. In a statement, Citizen said it had seen a 300 percent increase in users using its safety product. The new service, called the Safety Agent, connects users with local law enforcement.

The service can monitor a subscriber’s location, making it possible to see where the user is and when they leave or arrive in a local area. The service can also alert subscribers to any alerts issued by law enforcement in the area. Citizen App said that users could also receive push notifications about any warnings issued by law enforcement in their area. The company said it had seen a 300 percent increase in users using its safety product. It also noted that users could receive push notifications about any alerts issued by law enforcement in their area.

The company said the Citizen app would reduce the number of non-emergency calls made to 911. The service will also help users avoid dangerous situations, such as being robbed at gunpoint or in an area with an active shooter. Citizen App is available for Android and iOS devices and works with Apple’s iBeacon technology, which allows subscribers to receive location-based notifications from law enforcement.

Initially launched in 2016, the Citizen app is available in the U.S. and Canada. It will be expanded to more countries. The U.S. Department of Justice has announced that it is working with Citizen to reduce crime. The company said it would build out its product to include more features, including a feature that lets users alert police to any attempted thefts. Refer to this article for more information.
